In 2013 Jamie Crummie attended an event that was purely catered for with food which otherwise would have been thrown away and realised that there must be a simpler and more accessible way to fight food waste than dumpster diving, which led to the creation of ‘Too Good To Good’ (the food waste app).
In this inspiring seminar Jamie will explore the impact that food waste has on our planet and the role that technology has to play in making not only us as individuals but also as event professionals reduce our food waste impact.
