The London Summer Event Show is a boutique exhibition bringing together over 150 of London’s best summer venues and suppliers with 950+ top event buyers, across two vibrant days. The Show’s split format features an Opening Evening and an Event Buyers Day, bringing together Event Agents and Corporate Event Buyers across two focused sessions. So however you plan events, you’ll find a session built around you.
The Show was created to fill a gap in the industry for events that truly prioritise the experience of both visitors and exhibitors. Since 2015, it’s grown from a single idea into one of London’s best-loved event industry gathering, now in its 12th year and still delivering the same immersive experiences and genuine inspiration that started it all.
Unlike larger, sprawling trade shows, the London Summer Event Show keeps things focused and personal, a curated mix of venues and suppliers, met in a setting designed for real conversations rather than just business cards.
Organised by Story Events, the Show runs parallel with its sister event the London Christmas Party Show, taking place later in the year.
Both Shows are designed to stand out and provide a unique, engaging exhibition experience, where guests can enjoy delicious complimentary food and drink, lively entertainment, insightful seminars, hands-on workshops and of course, an abundance of event inspiration.

Every year, the Show takes on a brand-new theme and for 2027, we’re stepping into a world of opulent 1800s luxury, where lavish gowns sweep across candlelit ballrooms and countryside elegance meets high-society glamour. Drawing inspiration from the romance of Bridgerton and the decadent extravagance of Marie Antoinette’s court, Regency Summer Ball is a celebration of grandeur, refinement and timeless romance. Think gorgeous cascading florals, ornate statues, and an atmosphere dripping with high-brow sophistication.
Set against the iconic backdrop of 60 Great Queen Street, a stunning Grade II* listed building whose grand architecture and stately proportions echo the ballrooms of Regency Europe, this year’s theme has found its perfect home. Prepare to be swept up in a world of debutantes and dashing gentlemen, of garden soirées and whispered scandal beneath crystal chandeliers, as the Show transforms into the most coveted invitation of the summer season.
