BMA House is inviting event planners to step behind the scenes in 2026 with the launch of dedicated “History of BMA House” tours, giving groups the chance to uncover the stories, secrets and surprising details behind this iconic Grade II listed venue.
Home of the British Medical Association since 1925, BMA House has welcomed everyone from pioneering medics to world leaders across its historic indoor and outdoor spaces. Now, event bookers will be able to add a bespoke history tour to their meetings, away days or celebrations, turning a great event into a memorable experience.
Led by knowledgeable in-house hosts, the tours shine a spotlight on the building’s Edwardian architecture, its role through key moments in London’s past and the people who have shaped it over the last 100 years. Guests can explore everything from the symbolism hidden in the Courtyard gates to the evolution of the building from early 20th century headquarters to today’s contemporary, sustainable events venue.
As well as being a unique storytelling add on, the tours provide fresh content for team building, association gatherings or international groups looking for something “very London” that they will not find anywhere else.
Visitors to the London Summer Event Show will be able to meet the BMA House team, hear more about the new tours and discover how they can be tailored to different types of events and audiences. Come and find the team on the show floor to preview the experience and start planning a historic 2026 event at BMA House.
