The team at Camm & Hooper have put together a mouth watering menu to supply visitors to the Show with breakfast, lunch and/or afternoon tea. Below is a sample of the few of the delectable items on the menu:

 

BREAKFAST

Mini eggs Benedict
Blueberry compote, granola, coconut yoghurt pots
Smoked salmon bagels, cream cheese, chive
Chorizo baked eggs
Tropical fruit pots
Selection of mini breads and pasties

 

LUNCH

SALAD STATION
Beetroot cured salmon
Charcuterie board with pickles
Atlantic prawn cocktail
Winter vegetable slow
Dips (crushed avocado, sun dried tomato hummus, baba ghanoush, Grilled flatbread Selection or British artisan cheeses, breads, biscuits

HOT STATION
Grilled spring chicken with pomegranate molasses Thai green vegetable curry, coconut rice

AFTERNOON TEA
