New dates & location announced for the London Summer Event Show

Following record breaking visitor numbers at the 2016 event, the London Summer Event Show will return for its 3rd edition on 24 –25 January 2017 at London city venue, Banking Hall.

This is the second time exhibition organisers, Story Events have partnered with the Grade II listed building after previously hosting the 2014 edition of their Christmas themed exhibition, London Christmas Party Show at the venue. Banking Hall is part of the Camm & Hooper venue collection which also includes London event spaces Tanner & Co and the Victorian Bathhouse.

Darren Hart, Director of Sales at Camm & Hooper comments, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome back Story Events, this time for the
London Summer Event Show. The show is a fantastic opportunity for clients to see our venue ‘in action’ as well as offering the opportunity for like-minded event professionals to mingle and network. With the best of the events industry exhibiting over the two days, the show has become one of the most anticipated dates of the events industry calendar.”

The London Summer Event Show is a boutique trade event designed specifically for top venues and suppliers in London and the South East to present their summer offerings to over 700 pre-qualified event buyers. Top corporates buyers at the last event included, BP, BBC, Deloitte, HSBC, Microsoft, Mitsubishi, PWC, Sainsbury’s and Unilever to name a few. The event focuses on visitor quality over quantity to place focus on exhibitor ROI.

Previous exhibitor, Marie Froger from Belgraves notes, “The visitors are very targeted compared to other shows. It’s about quality not quantity.”

The Show looks set to be the largest yet with 65 planned exhibition stands. Among those already signed up are, Dulwich College, BMA House, Barbi
can, Middle Temple Hall, Café de Paris and IET Venues. Currently in its Early Bird Booking stage, Story Events are offering exclusive perks for exhibitor bookings in this period, including a discounted stand, an invitation to their pre-show networking dinner and weekly promotion to a database of 21,000 event buyers from now until the event.
